犯罪行为

Any person who knowingly and wilfully aids, abets, counsels or procures the Commission of an offence punishable under this part shall be liable to be dealt with, indicted, tried and punished as a principal offender.
任何人明知而故意协助、教唆、怂使或促致犯根据本部可予惩处的罪行，可作为主犯予以处理、公诉、审讯及惩处。
No prosecution for an offence under this Ordinance shall be brought after the expiration of3 years from the date of commission of the offence; orthe expiration of1 year from the date of discovery of the offence by the prosecutor whichever is the earlier.
